I feel like I should begin this post with a disclaimer: I am not a cook. I don’t even particularly like cooking (baking’s more my thing), but I’ve learned to become the family chef out of necessity. I hope this doesn’t scare you away from trying the recipes I share because I can assure you that everything I post will be easy to make. I’m all about easy, affordable, and healthy. ☺
This chicken thigh recipe is all of the above, and tasty, too. You don’t even need to marinate the chicken ahead of time, as long as you baste it while it bakes.
