What’s your favorite meal of the day? I love breakfast foods and wouldn’t mind eating them morning, noon, and night. There are so many yummy options—from savory to sweet—to choose from. Making breakfast on any given weekday, however, can be a challenge with the rush to get to work and school. So, what does a breakfast lover do to make morning mealtimes less stressful? Make breakfast the night before!
This recipe for Breakfast Hashbrown Muffins has become a staple in our home. It’s fairly easy to make and a good way to use up any leftover meat and veggies. And it still tastes good the morning after when reheated. I would’ve included a photo of the finished product, but my kids ate them all up. ;) Try it and let me know what you think!
